Delivery with DHL
How long does delivery take?
The delivery takes place after a successful contract with DHL within 1 to 3 days in Germany and up to 7 days within the EU (depending on the country). The delivery times do not apply to Sundays and public holidays. Delays in delivery on the part of parcel deliverers are beyond the sphere of influence of Dorothy Roffat Cosmetics GmbH.
What needs to be considered when taking delivery?
When receiving deliveries, make sure that the parcels have not been damaged, opened or tampered with. Otherwise, this should be recorded in writing on the transport company's handover report. If a previous opening, damage or other manipulation of the package is only found after delivery, this should be reported to the transport company concerned immediately.
Can I have my order packed as a gift?
Each order is carefully packed in a decorative gift bag. Therefore, an extra option for gift packaging is not provided.
What to do if the delivery has not been delivered?
If delivery was not possible after two deliveries by DHL, the delivery will be returned to DRC. Then DRC arranges a second free delivery to the same delivery address.
Can I have a delivery to a packing station or post office?
An alternative delivery address can be created for account management. For this purpose, the personal "PostNumber" is entered in the additional address field, which must be requested from DHL. Furthermore, the street name is given with "Packstation" or "Postfiliale" and the house number with the "Branch number" of the Packstation. All information about Packstations can be found at www.dhlparcel.com.
Is delivery tracking possible?
If a customer account has been created with DHL, delivery via DHL send tracking is possible. DRC itself does not offer broadcast tracking.
Terms of payment and shipping costs
There is no minimum order value. Free products can only be ordered with chargeable products. The shipping costs within Germany and Austria are 5.95 EUR. International shipping costs (EU) are 9.50 EUR. The delivery is free of shipping costs from an order value of € 100.00.
Payment is made via the online ordering process. You can choose between the offered payment methods "On account", "Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)", "SEPA direct debit" via PayPal or "advance payment". For technical reasons, Dorothy Roffat Cosmetics GmbH reserves the right to temporarily switch off or completely discontinue individual payment methods.
With the "advance payment" payment method, payments are made by bank transfer to Dorothy Roffat Cosmetics GmbH (account at Volksbank Dresden-Bautzen eG, bank code 850 900 00, account number / IBAN DE03 8509 0000 5448 8710 04, Swift (BIC) GENODEF1DRS). The shipment will only be carried out after receipt of payment on the bank account of Dorothy Roffat Cosmetics GmbH. Order processing via cash on delivery is not possible.
All prices are final prices in EUR including the applicable VAT and the prices apply at the time of the order. The payment amount shown on the invoice is to be paid in full to Dorothy Roffats Cosmetics GmbH, regardless of the payment method. Dorothy Roffat Cosmetics GmbH does not accept deductions from transaction fees and the like that arise, for example, when settled by international banks.
